SPHERIX LAUNCHES NEW RESERVEWORLD WEBSITE

ReserveWorld.com Offers “Recreation 1-Stop” Benefits to Customers

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

BELTSVILLE, MD.  Spherix Incorporated (NASDAQ/SPEX), announced today that it has launched its new ReserveWorld.com website to serve customers of the Company’s rapidly growing parks reservation business.

With its ReserveWorld business line, Spherix builds and operates multi-channel recreation business centers for National and State Park agencies that allow customers to call a toll-free number or go on the Internet and reserve and pay for campsites, cabins, boat slips, tours, and virtually any other kind of item offered in a public park.

Spherix’s CEO and President Thomas W. Gantt said, “Our new website is designed to be family- and camper-friendly with lots of pictures and articles from those who have actually stayed at the parks.”  Further, Gantt said, “The theme is to show how much fun people can have when they visit the parks.  The website will also contain links to maps, weather information, and gear stores.”

Although the Company builds and hosts individual websites for each of its National and State Parks contracts, Spherix has designed the ReserveWorld.com site to be its own customer’s portal into a broad gamut of recreation business.  By adding features like gear stores and public web forums, Spherix is making a quantum leap in the practical benefits that its customers can get in a consolidated, “recreation 1-stop” service environment.
